Startup valuation

Since startups typically lack historical financial data, we primarily use the discounted cash flow model based on forecasted financials to perform valuations for early-stage companies. Our financial models are comprehensive and well-designed, incorporating the balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement.

Company valuation

We perform valuations for both mature companies as well as startups using a range of methods, including the comparable company and comparable transaction method and the income approach, which includes the cash flow model and dividend model approach.
